Darko Krsman

Darko Krsman is a PhD candidate at the Faculty of Sports Science and the president of the International Strength and Conditioning Institute Serbia. He has spent his career bridging modern sports science with on-court and on-field training realities, helping athletes develop explosive speed, supreme strength, and injury resilience.

He began his professional career as a strength and conditioning coach in traditional 5x5 clubs in the Serbian Super League. In 2018, he transitioned to the fast-growing sport of 3x3 basketball with the Liman 3x3 team. Under his physiological preparation, the team achieved first place on the FIBA world ranking list in 2019 and 2020.

In 2021, Darko moved to the UB 3x3 team, cementing their status as the dominant team in the sport, with UB 3x3 becoming the World Champion consecutively from 2021 to 2025.

In addition to his club duties, Darko has a rich history on the international stage. He worked with the Chinese National Team in two separate periods (2019 and 2023/24), achieving historic success by securing a direct qualification for the 2024 Olympic Games in Paris. He has also worked with the national team of the Philippines. Currently, alongside his work with UB 3x3, Darko is preparing the Azerbaijan Women's National Team, which recently achieved historic success by winning the silver medal at the 2025 European Championship in Copenhagen.
